Make a Silver Pendant

  • Creative Explorers Workshop 71 Fore Street Saltash, England, PL12 6AF United Kingdom (map)

£65

Learn how to make jewellery using sheet metal. This workshop (which is suitable for complete beginners) will help you get to grips with saws and hammers! Using a jewellers saw you’ll learn how to saw out shapes (called ‘piercing’) and add texture to your creation with hammers and stamps. You’ll also file your piece to a smooth finish so you can leave with a lovely pendant - made by you.

The ticket price includes all tools and materials to make a sterling silver pendant from a 3cm x 3cm square, a sterling silver chain of either 40cm or 45cm, along with some copper to practise on. I will bring plenty of templates but feel free to bring your own images/ideas if you have a particular design in mind.

If you have any questions or concerns about its suitability for you, please do pop into the shop for a chat or drop me an email at soozi@creativeexplorersworkshop.co.uk

There is also a workshop to Make a Copper Pendant on 27 May. If you do both workshops, you get £15 off this one. If you qualify for this offer, please book in person or send me an email for a personal payment link. You don’t have to book both at the same time.

Places are limited to 6 people.
