Journalling is about giving yourself time to pause. Through the act of ‘writing to yourself’ you can gently examine (and maybe address) some of the stresses, pressures and influences on your life.
During the session I’ll offer some guided questions and you’ll privately write your own answers and further thoughts. There won’t be any sharing of what we write, but hopefully the practice will let you leave feeling lighter and clearer.
